Fixes hardcoded UBCV school ID
RMP ratings should now be shown for okanagan courses as well, with the same caveats as for vancouver (i.e. some profs will not be matched due to name differences between workday/RMP)

looks the same, just now RMP ratings actually work for UBCO courses (instead of showing ?? for all profs)
