Abstract the project to be a generic MLFlow training \ serving pipeline for ML-based projects

Abstract the project to be as generic as possible. So adding a new ML asset in the pipeline would be a matter of:

• Repo organization (Placing Dockefiles, MLProject FIles, etc)
• Use of MLFlow CLI API
• Using our GitHub actions templates
