How should we keep up with AI research and advancements as it relates to ensuring our systems are up to standard?

With the pace that the research is going in the AI world, it feels like I'm barely keeping my head above water. I'm always playing catch up when it comes to literature reviews or newsletters that I subscribe to.

I think the best way to keep up with the AI research is to be part of the community like MLOps community where I can share my knowledge and get to learn from others who are in the same boat as me.

To add to Yoohee's answer, I think being part of a community is very helpful. One thing that helped a lot during my previous co-op is that they fostered an environment for learning. We would have reading groups, both company wide and within my specific team. We also had a paper-dump channel where we would all share interesting papers, and we set aside time for "brainstorming sessions", where we would discuss how some new approach may be applicable to what we're doing.
