How can I find low-risk/high-value opportunities to introduce GenAI features?

My two-cents: Instead of focusing on what solutions can be unlocked by new technology, I would focus on finding open problems in the organization and finding ways to tackle those. I would then prioritize internal tools, and not user-facing tools, while you're still building trust. It might also be a good idea to start by relying on existing AI service providers, as opposed to building things on your own - so that you don't get caught up in a build trap.
