It might be useful for users a new function that allows to merge 2 different CSV file with different languages.
The function must be implemented as follow:
add a new action into "file" with name "merge file...";
if the user select the merge function it will be displayed a new dialog that allows to search and select 2 different CSV file and insert the merged output filename and location;
the merging algorithm must search and filter the key column and must create the new file merging the 2 selected file.
