Wrong encoded size #define generated for oneof message #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile the attached oneof.proto
2. Observe that in oneof.pb.h topMessage_size is 32
3. Remove OneOfMessage definition
4. Observe that the size is now correct 70
