Is the concept of wrappers explained sufficiently? #112

As mentioned here and probably also in other occasions people are confused about the order of how things are done "internally" after a learner has been wrapped.

Is this explained somewhere in the tutorial?

I was not able to find it here: http://mlr-org.github.io/mlr-tutorial/devel/html/wrapper/index.html or there http://mlr-org.github.io/mlr-tutorial/devel/html/preproc/index.html
