As the old one was not usable anymore.

1) i have fixed travis a lot. and its faster now.

2) but you have a bug in your code. pls always test this locallly. also i dislike the thery long learner variable names a bit. maybe juts use lrn1 and lrn2 intead of stuff like multilabel.learner.rferns?
