Release 1.11 on CRAN #196

Hello @berndbischl @jakob-r and other collaborators,

I would like to release dynwrap on CRAN, which depends heavily on ParamHelpers >= 1.11. This is because in of a bug fixed in #191, but this is not on CRAN yet.

Are you planning on releasing a new version of ParamHelpers on CRAN any time soon?

@berndbischl Would you like to let this package be maintained by somebody else who could manage that? I would volunteer.

I've been using CRAN ParamHelpers 1.11 for a while now, but forgot to close this issue. Thanks for releasing it on CRAN!
