Minor fixes to "tuning a stacked learner" and "pipelines, selectors, branches" #42

This PR:

-fixes bad url's in posts "pipelines, selectors, branches" and "tuning a stacked learner" -corrects several typos. -adds minor clarifications at several places.

I think the run is failing because it also happens in master.
