Currently blocked until new mlr3pipelines hits CRAN, then further needs some ref links added. Also see mlr-org/mlr3pipelines#439 for some additional thoughts/suggested changes.

needs a minor rework when mlr-org/mlr3pipelines#440 is merged now reworked to match mlr-org/mlr3pipelines#440

should wait until mlr-org/mlr3#529 is merged and then directly use convert_task from mlr3 (also needs to wait for mlr3pipelines to catch up w.r.t convert_task)
