it seems weird that ACQF has param"packages"? #155

i can understand that we have to maybe load some service packages at some point, but why is this specifically in ACQF?

this seems to be the component where this is the least "necessary" as this is simply a math function?

ok, i guess we need this for HV and other more complicated functions. and I guess we wanna reg the packs where they are needed, so this might be comparable to a learner....
