Change documentation to roxygen R6 style #317

We will probably have to do this sooner or later, although the style may not fit well to document individual PipeOps.

I think the PipeOp documentation scheme was adhered to quite well, so this should be easy, but we have to find out what part from the old doc style goes where in the new style.
