@RaphaelS1 This is very preliminary and incomplete

Expanded stuff on censoring + added truncation. I think event if we initially focus on right-censored, single event, it's important people are able to recognize different settings, otherwise survival task definition will be wrong.

Section Event History Analysis will probably have to be removed for the Jan deadline, but at some point we'll probably need it. Alternatively we could rename to Competing Risks for now and only focus on competing risks.

Chapter intro currently probably to long and not how you usually do it?

I removed most of the stuff about survival analysis as this will/should appear earlier in the book (i.e. the non-technical introduction of censoring, different aliases, etc.)
