- Is anything commonly used that can be included?
- Can common measures be used assuming some over/under-estimation?
- CR: cause-specific evaluation with CHF (possible with summing or averaging)
- Sum of total loses, Pareto front (multi-objective), adjustments for left-truncation?
- Where to add? End of Evaluation Part?
