add animation on hover for the cards in the work section #8

Description

in the work section , added bouncing animation on hover , and also added the white shadow on hovering the cards Please add a screen shot/gif showing the change you made. Updated the UI of Work component using React.js and Tailwind css.

gif :

Fixes # (issue) added shadow on hovering to identify the current selected card , Also added the bouncing animation for the currently hovered card , given opacity to the buttons so that we can identify which button we are currently hovering to
