Priorities in Force Capture Mode #21

Whether it should put more priorities to 2 steps capture mode than 1 step capture mode.

Based on the rules, even there are 2 steps capture mode, the current rule allows the user to decide whether to capture both pieces or only one.

american checkers captures are mandatory

btw , is this the real alphazero code ? can i train it by playing it self and make it with more level ?
