There are some tasks that specifically need @alexcpsec, but anybody's review and suggestions are very welcome.

@krmaxwell I kept both the CLA and Security parts simple. We can improve incrementally on them later.

Both codes of conduct look fine to me. Could you please choose one and add it to the repo?

Once the code of conduct is added, I am :+1: and :shipit: for this.
