Remove confirmation tag from message protection tests #101

We can't verify the tag and hashing it properly is checked in the transcript hash test vector.

Maybe also remove "When protecting the Commit message, add the supplied confirmation tag" from the test vector description?

Good point, @TWal . This PR is no longer applicable, but I created #112 to remove these mentions.
