Error in las.metadataExtract (Unix) #6

Ran for 7 hours on full dataset and returned this error: Error in { : task 7981 failed - "replacement has length zero"

Works on smaller sample (RCode_Testing directory)

Problem was a broken las file that couldn't be interpreted by lasinfo and hence caused an error.
