I see you are building Shotcut yourself: install dir = "/home/zhangxi/shotcut/src" We do not debug or provide support for anything but our own builds provided through our download page or GitHub Releases. If you build it; you debug it. I will give you this hint: Shotcut must be installed. It must find its QML UI files at run time. It requires they are in the file system at a path relative to the install prefix.
