Hi @mltony , considering that new versions of your add-on are compatible with 2019.3 and up, I changed settings according to new panel layout and sources recomendations, keeping your check on value entered by user.

Thanks for this! One thing I wanted to mention is that James is working on another PR to solve the same audio issues, and it might be included in NVDA core soon, which would make this add-on obsolete: https://github.com/nvaccess/nvda/pull/11024
