For a project, I use a home-made fork of "connect" (drupal.org/project/connect & makethechange.ca), although that ended up not being the best idea, since trying to keep it generic (i.e. not makethechange-specific) meant having lots of hook, and code that is less easy to understand (I use the basic service to lookup only the riding, and then have another hook to fill in the details of the MP, which volunteers keep up to date).
Example with webforms: https://www.devp.org/en/education/fall2013/write-your-mp
This is an old issue, but since I had an update from a client: "make the change" seem to be shipping deprecated data and are closing their service. PCFRF however changed their pricing from 5000$ to 800$/year (if they approve your request, subject to a 30 day delay).
Thanks for update. For anyone else looking this up, see http://www5.statcan.gc.ca/olc-cel/olc.action?ObjId=92-178-X2013001&ObjType=46&lang=en.
Just wondering if you have a favourite source for your postal code to riding table....As I recall it is a few thousand for PCFRF per year, but several people have developed scrapers, and there was talk of the government making this open data.
