Sales tax issue on POS #2

Remove out of state sales tax on POS.

Tracked down the issue. Sales tax in the POS is based on shop location due to the nature of the system being a Point of Sale solution. I have removed the sales tax line item for now. Working on adding in a solution for sales tax based on order address. Have temporary solution to review with Duane.

Created 2 solutions. Emailed over video to review. Will review with Duane tomorrow morning.
