POS Issue - Call Center - Javascript / Red Bar credit card error. #6

Note to OCI:

Hi Jaime,

Just confirming a few things.

1) Prior to this screen, a customer was selected in the dropdown after being added into the system? 2) Is this order for David Pounds? Using that to look into error logs. Just need to confirm which order it was for in the system. 3) Just confirming also that his billing address (the P.O. box) is tied to the card in question?

Computer info for testing further. I want to create a carbon copy of your computer settings on our testing computer so that we can try to replicate the error. So far we have not been able to recreated this error. Both Duane and I have processed orders without error, which leads me to believe that it may be a settings error on the computer. Just trying to test and confirm everything possible.

1) What OS is your computer running including version? 2) What browser are you using along with the version of the browser? 3) What version of Javascript (Make sure it’s javascript and not java) is the computer running?

This will help me to test further.

Also, can we setup a time to chat via phone so that you can try running an order with my information? That way we will know 100% that the data that you are using is correct. I’m just trying to remove all variables. The more data I can get, the better I can troubleshoot.

Messaged OCI for additional details. Waiting to hear back from them. See above message. It appears that the issue is either incorrect data or Javascript issues on their computers. Can not replicate. Waiting to hear back so that we can continue to remediate.

Yes the order was for David Pounds.

As far as the system info, Kaecey would have to get you that.

Still trying to get information about their systems for testing. May move to another solution for the call center. Still in discussions with Duane about next steps.
