[MLC-29] Index loading spinner, auto-focus, auto recenter, finish redux setup

Changes

• Adds in font awesome and rxjs packages
• Finishes up the redux import and creates first slice
• Adds in loading spinner for indexing files with nice check mark
• Auto-focus input field on focus of the app
• Starts using redux across the whole app
