Create configuration file for synchronization process #2

Synchronization process has to be configurable. The idea of this issue is create a .json config file in Synchronizer module which should contains all information about synchronization processes for all parts of integrated system. The main information is a direction of synchronization - from/to ERP/ecommerce system. Config file can optional contains information about exclusions of data in integrated system
