removing tld and adding keyword exceptions in URL #53

Hi @mmagnus

I removed TLD support (I think it wasn't needed anymore) and added a new functionalty, URL_KEYWORD_EXCEPTIONS, that allows to ignore article based on keywords contained in the URL.

I didn't bump up the release in case you wanted to add anything else.
