Clean up howto scripts and move to docs folder #21

scripts in howto should be tutorial-like and not just some scripts we used.
Each howto should show one or more (but not to many) steps to get something done with eegDb.

Most of the howto scripts have been removed. The rest - moved to docs folder. Some scripts may be back once they are updated and simplified. But generally wiki docs should have a howto section.
