Hi, can you tell me do this projecet will work on Windows Universall Project or should i rewrite it? thanks.

I haven't tried but I would expect it to work. Most of what it does is generate source files at compile time: https://github.com/mmaitre314/TraceEtw/blob/master/TraceEtw/EventProviderGenerator/MMaitre.TraceEtw.targets Feel free to fork though if you want to.
