Background-position of .gif with negative value. #450

Have problem in Chrome (Version 28.0) with background image.
1. Include external javascript in the head
2. Add background-image from style (.gif) to span.
3. Add height 26px
4. Add background-position right -26px.
5. Disable cache in developer tools.
6. Missing image in background.
