Upgraded solution to VS2013 style & targeted .net 4 Client Profile runtime. #6

This Should fix issue #4 for building with VS2012 and still be compatible with VS back to version 10.0.40219.1.

I also enabled nuget Package Restore to allow you to just click build on the solution after you download it.
