I'm not sure if the first one is caused by SnippetDesigner. I know for sure it's not caused by any extensions. I'm sorry if this doesn't belong here but I thought it best to address the issue.
When I try to save a save a snippet in Visual Studio 2015 it gives me an error message.
It'll say in a Save As dialog: (snippet_name).snippet, the filename is invalid.
The only workaround that worked for me was saving it as a txt file and changing the extension back to snippet.
I'm not too sure, but I think a recent Windows Update might have broken SnippetDesigner (yesterday).
It was Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3150513).
