Snippet Explorer not opening #129

When going to View -> Other Windows and clicking Snippet Explorer nothing happens, no window is opened. Using VS 2017. If you need more info, let me know.

Somehow it appeared when dragging a window from the visual studio main window to another screen. So the problem can be closed.
