payload with tls #1

Hello, could you please provide some information on what a tls-enabled payload might look like? Specifically, I am looking for the format of the CA certificate. I assume it must be in JSON format, but even after conversion it doesn't work and says

Exception: Invalid format for the exporter CA public key
