missing: boards/avr/micro.h #20

Hi As the title says: the file boards/avr/micro.h is missing. My workaround was creating a symbolic link to boards/avr/leonardo.h, I suppose it would contain identical code. Thanks for the nice library and best regards. Lukas

Thanks, this is fixed in #22 which will be merged shortly.
