On the latest version of mmark, if a <reference> has multiple authors, only the last one is rendered in the XML. This includes mmark/rfc/3514.md.

Also, the target URL is emptied in the generated XML.

prolly due to the crappy reference def. I use here. Won't have time to look into this until (maybe) Tue evening.
