Python TTS Engine

Figure out options for Python Text to Speech. Must be compatible with Linux and export to mp3 or wav. Modify stereo audio to work with tts.

Pyttsx3 is a good option. Seems that you can convert to to mp3

Plan:

• Use pyttsx3 to write .wav files of any of the values, also use a script beforehand to generate all needed talking .wav files
• Use eSpeak on the pi as an onboard tts engine
• write function to handle input of any string and output .wav file
• .wav file gets saved by something like "Current Measurement Reading".

• Got eSpeak installed and working properly
• pyttsx3 wrote .wav file successfully
• pygame mixer needs the python file to stay running while it speaks
• everything put into demo.py and tested successfully
