Using the street view intent:
google.streetview:cbll=lat,lng&cbp=1,yaw,,pitch,zoom&mz=mapZoom

It will be great to have a street view small image preview.

Thumbnail in StreetView are not in the Google Maps API... yet

But this it can be done with this kind of links:
