Rewrite in JS #16

The Python Twitch library (TwitchIO), is heavily undocumented compared to the JavaScript Twitch Library (Twitch.js), so I am most likely going to be switching over to JS in the near future, as I learn the language.

Nevermind, I'm too unexpierenced with JavaScript, and I couldn't find any good JS Libraries for Spotify's API (with good oauth support)

It would've been nice, but it is what it is 🤷‍♂️
