Improve Appdaemon (add threading)

This is a bugfix release only and should be applied soon.

• The Appdaemon integration needed a fix to make esham not blocking other apps. This is now fixed by making this integration an own and independent thread.
  • As bonus, threading in AD enables by design multi Solmate configurations.
