Screensaver support #526

It would be fantastic, especially for those of us that use CRTs and/or OLEDs, to have a screensaver that can be enabled with a customisable timer. Extra points if it can be a call that themes can make use of to implement their own screensavers.

Giving this a bump. Having a system allowing anyone to develop screen savers that can work with arbitrary themes would be the cherry on top.

I'm loving the screensaver in my RetroPie build via Emulation Station that randomly plays game videos and allows you to start the showcased game by pressing the fire/action button. It's a very cool way to discover new titles. I otherwise despise Emulation Station. :)
