Issue when choosing a zone number that doesn't exist #15

When using a mesh for SLM spot optimisation, the code allows for the input of non-existent zone numbers either as reference or probe zones. This leads to strange behaviour of the software - e.g. appearance of a third zone in the SLM pattern, or simply allows for measurement but it is unclear exactly what it measured and from which zones.

Should be fixed now in version 1.0.18
