Researching Github Actions Security options on Derecho #33

Since SAMURAI is a public repository, we need to consider how to protect the resources that our CI pipeline will be running on. Haiying is working on a related project, and has discussed some methods with Brian VdW and Nick Coty.

The CI pipeline is a high priority for the project, and using CISL resources is preferred over the Github cloud resources because of memory restrictions

Create new version of slide (or split into multiple slides) to present in next week's CSU meeting - good information, just need to be readable. Recommendation is currently private repo that periodically updates public repo
