Remove Numerical Recipes CG algo #62

Due to legal concerns and CSU's exposure, need to remove the old CG algo that was similar to the one from https://numerical.recipes/book.html

John has checked for additional numerical recipes code - no additional code was found John will delete the old cg algorithm while looking at the code flow - thanks!
