As identified by @johnmauff , the Thermo boundary conditions should be updated accordingly at https://github.com/mmbell/samurai/pull/85/commits/b90a764802e370c48b7f194a8347bdfca4877ac6. Currently only the wind boundary conditions are used.

@mmbell John and Jian used boundary condition (R0) used elsewhere in SAMURAI, we could use your eyes to double check correctness
