We need the correct boundary conditions for the temp/pressure fields for a thermo run. (This is required for issue #86 to move forward)

Initial feedback from Jenn - the boundary conditions should be the same as the samurai_wind version. Jenn will follow up with Michael

Need to change TDRP file to indicate R0 for the thermo runs as well. R0 seems to be the default: http://wiki.lrose.net/index.php/SAMURAI#Parameter_File_and_SAMURAI_Configuration (Thanks Jenn)

We'll be moving forward with R0, should check once we're generating thermo results
