Add example Frigate config #7

Since it took me some fiddling to get my Frigate config working with MQTT snapshots, I figured I'd provide an example in case it might help others.

Looks good! I think there is configuration on the size of the snapshot image to be sent that might also be helpful to include.

I added a couple of additional options to the example config - upping the jpeg quality, and getting rid of the bounding box and timestamp.
