Support for nice view displays #28

The one thing that seems to be lacking is the ability to add nice view OLED displays. There is a header apparently for haptic feedback based on the schematic but even if that were compatible there is no good way to add a display cover.

For those coming here in the future, there is a fork of the 46-key version of this keyboard that adds Nice view displays among other improvements: https://github.com/wannabecoffeenerd/HillSideView
