Force published field #147

When an atom item only have updated field, use it to fill published.

Less function is using published field, it has to always been populated.
Simplify code when using both RSS and Atom feeds.

This fix #146

Coverage increased (+0.1%) to 61.776% when pulling 385aee0191d9c2d14d42e38500926ed3df8dd1b2 on guilhem:published into 193d002a07e68dc1499453aaecf1b85a010ab95a on mmcdole:master.
